Hotels and university halls of residence can now be bookedThe Corporate Team in association with Safety 2010 has arranged special discounted rates at selected hotels and university halls of residence (student accommodation) in London. All the accommodation is conveniently situated for the QEII conference venue.
The cost of hotel accommodation ranges from £79.00 to £195.00 for a single room per night. The cost of student accommodation starts at £34.27 per night. The Crowne Plaza Hotel has been designated the conference HQ hotel. To find out more about the accommodation and to make a booking, please click here.
Do you want to extend your stay in London?
Delegates can reserve accommodation prior to the Safety 2010 conference or after the event has finished. Please follow the above link, choose a hotel and follow the links until you are asked to add your arrival date. Please add the date you intend to arrive e.g. 19 September, 18 September or even earlier. You can also extend your stay in London by adding the appropriate number of nights you want to stay e.g. if you arrive on Tuesday 21 September and intend to depart on Monday 27 September, you would indicate that you want 6 nights accommodation. The Corporate Team will do their best to make the necessary arrangements.
