As a professional of injury prevention in national level CDC, the communication in safety 2010 conference can help me in such works: 1. For the work we have done, I can share the experiences and challenges with others and look for improving in the next step of work. For instance, We have established the national injury surveillance system in 2005, but it is in great need of systematic evaluation to improve now. Also we have done some intervention researches of RTI, elderly falls, drowning and safe school model, but much more appropriate injury intervention technique for China need to be explored and spread. 2. For the work we plan to do, I can search for a proper model according to others experience, also look for the potential opportunities of collaboration, such as sport and leisure related injury prevention, safe community model and so on. 3. Transmit the latest professional information and cooperative opportunities to the provincial level CDCs, in order to improve the injury prevention works in their provinces.
