In Bangladesh injury and accident are very common phenomenon among the children and adult population and every year a large number of population are suffering from injury related problems.This a great problem for the state and also for the family, because due to this large numbers of incidents that occur drainage huge amount of resources and human life. Those who survive face economic burden and social stigma, loss their productivity and sometimes remain dangerously dependent to others. Many of them become invalid or disabled. Every year a large number of children in Bangladesh also suffer from serious injury and fall in to the category of disabled. This situation aggravate the poverty because this is being happened mostly in the densely populated urban and rural areas of Bangladesh.This is happening because of lack of awareness and knowledge of proper handling and treatment following of injuries and accidents happened. Mostly the poor people of urban and rural areas receive treatment or or advice from the traditional healer/quack and remain vulnerable even after the receiving of treatment. Competent medical treatment is not affordable for many people living in the rural areas of Bangladesh. The participation in this conference will enhance my scientific knowledge and it will help me to build awareness among the vulnerable population on safety measure. This endeavour will create opportunity for serving the distressed humanity.
