The National Council for Family Affairs (NCFA) is mandated to work as an umbrella organization, and a coordinating body for the relevant governmental and non-governmental agencies in the field of human and social development and family affairs, and to build constructive relationships with all actors in order to ensure the provision of the appropriate legislative and socio-economic environment supportive of families and their members. Corresponding to its role as a policy think tank, NCFA works in the areas of policy formulation and legislative reform, coordinating and monitoring projects with partner governmental and non-governmental institutions, and advocacy campaigns and outreach to increase awareness and support for family issues and policies that impact on the quality of life of all Jordanian families. In order to achieve its objective for a better environment for families, the NCFA works in all areas of discipline that affect the stability of the household from health, education, sanitation, religion, economic status, disabilities and violence. As the family is the cornerstone of society, any disturbance in its nucleus is detrimental to the development of society as a whole. This Conference will Give opportunity to know the processes of globalization and their implications for injuries and violence. promote multi sectoral cooperation and international exchange and support for prevention programmes, an a opportunity to participate in facilitating the exchange of information and experiences throughout the world, in developing the professional level of injury prevention practice and in getting a growing number of professionals and stakeholders aware of the international policies for violence and injury prevention, Since NCFA is an umbrella organization for family issues , this conference will lead us for the best ways in developing polices , coordinating , monitoring and evaluation ,.
