The road accidents among vehicles, every year contributes with significant values to the violent deaths of people in the world. Colombia is not unaware to such a situation, having like main causes the laxity of the Colombian laws, the irresponsibility of the drivers, the congestion of the roads and the topography of its highways among others. To the above-mentioned it can add the lack of government dispositions to use personal suitable (Physics, Engineers) that realize in scientific form the reconstruction of the accident; that when is not making, it affects deeply the decisions that it must take the entities of justice in charge of establishing responsibilities. Our investigation group: FINUAS (Applied Nuclear Physics and Simulation) of UPTC (Universidad Pedaggica y Tecnolgica de Colombia), has taken the initiative to elaborate a software to help to the authorities, by means of the experts modality, to establish responsibilities on the accidents and to take the necessary correctives. In this document, it shows the utility of written software in language of Fortran Programming, to estimate in fast and reliable form, the intervals of the possible speeds that carry two vehicles in the previous instants and in the moment in that a road accident takes place. The programmed mathematical models are derived of situations in which the uneven vehicles present pure translation or rototranslation after the collision, in its way to the rest, in a road with slope zero or different from zero.
