In the city of So Paulo, exist on average three hundred children and adolescents living in the downtown streets, they circulate through the net of social protection and health. As initiative of cooperative work to the prevention to the STD/AIDS, it appears the Tangram Project, partner between the Ministry of Health, Unicef and diverse institutions of city of So Paulo. Through a field work, the Therapeutical Educators of the Quixote Project mark them presence in the streets providing activities focusing in the sexuality and taking care of them on the streets.To develop a space of sensitization for the relative questions to the sexuality and prevention of STD/AIDS aiming at to the creation of bonds and dialogue about the sexual experience of these children, as well as guiding to services of health and social protections.Using social-educative workshops of prevention, Graffite, Hip Hop, games and tricks bred especially with subject STD/AIDS and in intention to develop specific pedagogical techniques of intervention for this population the activities on the streets beard with the spontaneous creation of strategies to boarding the subject of the prevention of  STD/AIDS. As conclusion, so that it has the quality of integrated accompaniment of each child, is essential the creation of bonds affective with the educators of the social services. The strategies and techniques used and created in the workshops with the participation of children and adolescents if had shown an important factor of sensitization and entailing to the net.
