Background
Semi-critical surgical accident patients with head injury, mostly. This is typically a problem of consciousness. Must be helped to enter the respiratory tube and respirator. 
Objective
To reduce the incidence of pneumonia associated with respirator use in general surgery crisis patients less than 2 days to 15 times per 1000 respirator.
Operation
1.To educate staff about the Hall of patients with VAP. 
2.To use peer review of the professional colleagues or friends helping friends. and feedback to each other in practice. 
3.Revised rate of infection with clinical early onset. 
4.Programs prevent respiratory infection with the lower part of patient care surgery. 
5.Agree together to make the best patient care team. 
(trauma doctors , Neurosurgeon , nutritionist , physical therapist and Pharmacists)
6.Early Diagnosis by CXR for 3 day after high body temperature (38.5 oC).
Result
Year 2549 target of <25 per 1000 ventilator day is 17.57 per 1000 ventilator day. 
Year 2550 rate of infection is 24.54 per 1000 ventilator day. 
Year 2551 rate of infection in hospitals, down 15.11 per 1000 ventilator day. 
Year 2552 are likely to decrease HIV c in January - June average of 6 per 1000 ventilator day.
Conclusion
 Respiratory tract infections in patients with accidental use a respirator conditions complications that patients stay in hospital a long time and lose significant costs. 
 Reducing respiratory infections in patients with accidental use respirator requires cooperation of multi-disciplinary professional practices and standards and guidelines for nurses.
