Background
  Patients traffic accident near the hospital must be securely care with emergency medical services system performance. The unit can service up to 2 teams in retribution in the late fate and sometimes a case to intervene. If events overlap, which often occur during late afternoon and could not spell organized EMS because rates are not enough.
Objectives:  This study aims to :-
-Develop to create strategies work to receive the traffic injury patients at scene if events overlap 
-Personnel realize the importance and provide services for patients at scene effectively and  
-Personnel feeling the enthusiasm in the development of emergency medical services. 
Approach:
-Analysis of emergency medical services  last. 
-Create practice patient at the scene if events overlap.
-Clarification Meeting of practice for patients at the scene. 
-The knowledge needed to work on emergency medical services system. Should know what the EMS operating out and the radio for help. 
-Organize work flow of the EMS department to staff at ward. 
-Provide staff training EMS programs to restore life related by training on the job. 
-Report design records management systems for tracking patients at the scene(if events overlap). 
-Summary and analysis projects. 
-Evaluation Project and Reporting results.
Results :
- We have a EMS guidline for work when EMS overlap. 
- Percentage of teams can be issued within 2 minutes operating = 80 
- Percentage satisfaction of EMS providers = 89.81 
- Percentage satisfaction of users = 74.07 
Conclusion :  
- EMS represents the proactive services that are important. 
- Should set experience about EMS to ER ward staff.
