TITLE  :  Impact of Law enforcement in traffic injury : a case study from  no harm no dead with traffic regulation in 365 day project in Nakhonsrithamarat , Nakhonsrithamarat Province , south of Thailand
 PROBLEM UNDER STUDY:   Almost 50% of people in Nakhonsrithamarat Province were injured by traffic injury each year .    250-300 Death per year. (Nakhonsrithamarat provincial surveillance injury,    2005-2008  )  because their  behaviors  such as : no use helmet or seat belt ,  drinking alcohol ,high speed , use mobile phone . To control   this causes, 32 Nakhonsrithamarats police station had a policy to enforce  Law  with  mobile station to inhibit their behaviors  with 9 main case in 1 years 
      OBJECTIVE  : enforce Law  to reduce mobility and mortality rate from  traffic injury 
      RESULTS  : Compare data from August to July  2008 ( before)  with August   to July  2009 ( after )  can reduce 63 people who severe and serious injured from traffic injury   ( 250/187 )  and can reduce 22 people from death  (235/213 )  (Nakhonsrithamarat 32 Police station  data,  2008-2009)
      CONCLUSION  :  Strongly and continues Law enforcement can reduce mobility and mortality rate from  traffic injury . Empowerment and Government policy is necessary and important
