A range of exhibition, sponsorship and promotional opportunities are available to meet your needs and budget
SPECIAL OFFER
Registered delegates can purchase a Market Place Stand in the Elizabeth Windsor and Mountbatten Lounge at a special rate of £300.00 +VAT. This special price includes:
A shell scheme with back and side walls (measuring 2m x 2m)
A header board with your organisation name
A table and two chairs, plus a power socket
The market place area will be WiFi enabled
Your logo, organisation name and website address on the conference and programme
An exhibition presence in this area is subject to availability and must be booked before Tuesday 7 September 2010. Please note that at least one person must be registered to attend the conference and set up the stand and any additional staff attending with the stand must also pay the registration fee.

There are two types of exhibition opportunities available to meet the needs of different organisations – Exhibition Booths in the Benjamin Britten Lounge and Market Place Stands in the Elizabeth Windsor and Mountbatten Lounge. Both exhibition areas are ideally situated to meet delegates. Lunch and refreshments will also be served in both exhibition areas.
Sponsorship opportunities still available include principle sponsor; delegate WIFI in the QEII and an internet café. A high-level sponsor has already been confirmed for the Safety 2010 social event.
